Vehicle Condition: Unless a specific extended warranty is purchased and noted in a separate addendum, the Vehicle is sold "AS-IS" with no implied warranties regarding its mechanical condition.
Title & Transfer: The Seller will provide the Buyer with a title upon clearance of final payment and completion of any required dealership documentation.
Odometer Verification: To the best of the Seller's knowledge, the odometer reading on the vehicle's dashboard reflects the actual mileage of the vehicle unless otherwise disclosed in writing.
Payment Clearance: If payment is made via check, wire transfer, or financing, physical release of the vehicle may require successful clearance of funds into the Seller's account.
Buyer Responsibility: Upon taking possession of the Vehicle, the Buyer assumes responsibility for insurance, registration, taxes, and future maintenance or repairs.
